2. Services, Subscriptions, and Payments
My Agency Core provides Done-For-You (DFY) agency setup, AI employee integration, and ongoing SaaS infrastructure services. By purchasing our services or subscribing to our software:
- Setup Fees: Certain programs, such as our DFY Appointment Engine, require a non-refundable one-time setup fee (e.g., $2,500). This fee covers the labor, custom development, and architectural build-out of your systems.
- Recurring Retainers: Ongoing services and software access require a monthly retainer (e.g., $997/month). You authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Free Trials: If you register for a 14-day or 30-day extended free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period expires. You may cancel at any time before the end of the trial period to avoid charges.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, our software frameworks, custom funnels, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
4. User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms; (4) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; and (5) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services and the significant upfront labor required for Done-For-You (DFY) builds:
- Setup Fees: All setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Monthly Retainers / SaaS Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our services heavily integrate with third-party software providers, including but not limited to GoHighLevel. We are not responsible for the availability, uptime, or feature changes of any third-party platforms. Your use of these third-party platforms may be subject to their own respective terms of service and privacy policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
